Insourcing Coordinator

As the team continues to grow we are seeking an Insourcing Coordinator to work within the Insourcing division of Agile Workforce

This is a managed service role that involves working with NHS clients, Consultants, Nurses, AHPs and sub vendor agencies to deliver specific projects.  This is an important role to help NHS Trusts bring their waiting lists down.

This role involves working closely with the Insourcing Manager to source candidates,  create and manage rotas and participate in weekly review meetings with Trusts.  Agile Insourcing has an excellent reputation for delivering the most experienced teams with the highest level of service and excellent patient feedback, we expect this to be maintained and improved. Key skills are being able to follow procedures, listen to requirements and with a great attention to detail.  This post requires someone with a can-do attitude to respond to changing situations in a flexible way, to find solutions to problems with a level head and above all be passionate about delivering an exceptional service to both the Trust, the patients and the clinical teams.  In return, you will enjoy working with a supportive team and a rewarding career.

  • Reporting to - The Insourcing Manager/Head of Clinical Services
  • Salary - Dependant on experience
  • Ideal experience - Working with NHS clients, Doctors, Nurses, recruitment, customer service, admin
  • IT Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook and working with internal CRM

There will be an element of on call with the role, shared with the team and always with a senior on-call as support.
