Due to expansion, we are seeking a team leader who would be responsible for the day to day management of a team of bank coordinators, who are responsible for managing a bank of doctors on behalf of a Trust and booking them into suitable work.
Reporting into the business development manager, this is a hands-on role that involves setting KPI’s and targets for the team, ensuring processes and procedures are followed, gaining a full understanding of client and candidate requirements, making sure resources are maximised and supporting new contract implementation. There will be an element of on call with the role.
Temporary recruitment experience, tele sales, this would be a great role for someone looking to step up into a management position.
Computer literate with skills across, Excel, Word, Outlook and working with internal CRM
