Bedford is an acute district hospital with a small medical staffing team. When our sister company, Holt Workforce Management, were first appointed the hospital was trying to manage a large number of agency suppliers on their own and struggled to control rates and monitor compliance effectively. As a small team this also meant they had limited resource left to focus on other areas such as revalidation, appraisals and rostering.
