Testimonials
At the back end of last year, our Trust was significantly lacking in resource in our Medical Rostering Team, and with agency spend rising month on month we needed to look at a way to gain control over the agency spend, and governance around the staff being utilised within the trust. We were also having issues managing our out of hours provision.
Since going live with Agile service, our team has had a large amount of administrative work removed from our department. They have achieved fill rates of an average 98% which is an increase on our already high fill rates of 92%.
I would recommend Agile workforce to anyone else who needs support to reduce their agency spend and reduce the burden of temporary staffing.
Ricky Jones, Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust
Our Trust is a Mental Health Trust providing both hospital and community services in the Lincolnshire region. A lot of off framework agencies were contacting the departments directly offering candidates and the Trust was concerned about governance and control of around this. By entering into a Neutral Vendor arrangement with Agile, this has meant we have been able to expand our supply chain to include more agencies than we were previously working with. Agile have been able to introduce new suppliers, all with the assurance that their workers are fully compliant and that a standardised rates card is adhered to.This has meant we have managed to fill some of our more difficult to fill roles and are now utilising suppliers who we have not worked with in the past. We receive regular updates on our roles and the likelihood of sourcing candidates for these and have and have assurance that all agencies are aware of the gaps we have.
We have also seen our agency spend decrease by approx. £40,000 in the first 6 months we have been in contract with them for.
