Agile Workforce, a leading provider of workforce solutions in the healthcare sector, will be supporting its connected doctors with the L2P appraisal portfolio platform.
L2P will move the appraisal process online, making it quicker and easier for those doctors connected with us as their designated body.
Revalidation takes place every 5 years and, alongside annual appraisals, demonstrates that a doctor is up to date and fit to practice in the UK. Typically, the organisation through which the doctor completes most of his work is responsible for supporting them through the revalidation process.
As a designated body, Agile Workforce is connected to hundreds of locum doctors working at its partner NHS Trusts. Any doctor connected with us will now be transferred to the L2P appraisal portfolio system, which offers a convenient dashboard that makes it easier to manage the appraisal process online. The system also supports doctors to manage the collection of multi-source feedback.
Many of our doctors have already started to move over to the new system and we expect the transition for all our doctors to be completed by mid-December.
For our connected doctors who have already started the appraisal process using a MAG form, we will continue to accept those until January 2023.
